Try the quick fixes first
Most lockouts are simple. Start here:
- Forgotten password? Use reset your password — you will get a secure link to your registered email.
- Locked after too many attempts? Accounts briefly lock after several wrong tries as a protection. Wait a short while and try again with the correct details, or reset the password.
Lost your second factor
If you have your password but cannot produce your 2FA code — a lost or replaced phone — use one of the recovery codes you saved when you set up two-factor authentication. Each code works once and lets you sign in and re-establish 2FA on your new device. Saved recovery codes are the single best insurance against a lockout, which is why we ask you to store them at setup.
Identity-verified recovery
If the automated routes are exhausted — no password, no 2FA, no recovery codes — contact us for identity-verified recovery. We will confirm you are an authorised person on the account, typically as a director, before restoring access. This deliberate check is what stops anyone else recovering their way into your account, so have your company details ready to make it quick.
Prevent the next lockout
Once you are back in, add a passkey as a second way in, save fresh recovery codes, and make sure a second person is an administrator so the account is never dependent on one device or one person.
Frequently asked questions
I've lost my phone and my password — can I still get in?
Yes. Reset your password by email first; if 2FA then blocks you, use a saved recovery code, and if you have none, contact us for identity-verified recovery.
How long does a temporary lockout last?
Short — accounts lock briefly after repeated wrong attempts, then let you try again. Resetting your password clears it immediately if you are unsure of the current one.
Why do you make recovery so strict?
Because a recovery route that is easy for you would be easy for an impostor too. Verifying your identity as a director is exactly what keeps your account yours.
