Where to find them

Sign in and open Documents or Statements. There you will find your periodic statements, your credit agreement, any variation or settlement letters, and notices we have sent. Everything is available to download whenever you need it — you never have to request a copy and wait.

How to download

  1. Open Statements and choose the period you need.
  2. Download it as a PDF to read or print, or where offered as a CSV to import into your bookkeeping.
  3. Save it to your records, or send it on to whoever needs it.

For a machine-readable dump of activity, see exporting your account history.

Sharing with your accountant

If your accountant needs the figures, download the relevant statement and send it, or give them their own view-only login so they can pull documents themselves — see giving your accountant access. A view-only user is tidier than emailing files back and forth every quarter.

Keep your own copies

It is good practice to keep your own copies of statements and your agreement alongside your company records, so you have them even between logins. If you ever close the account, download everything you may need first — see closing your account.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to ask you for a statement?

No. Statements and documents are in your account to download yourself at any time, in PDF and often CSV. There is no need to request them and wait for a copy.

How far back do my statements go?

To the opening of your account. Your full document history stays available while the account is open, so you can retrieve older periods whenever you need them.

Can I get the figures in a spreadsheet?

Where offered, download the CSV version to import into your bookkeeping, or use the account-history export for a fuller machine-readable file.
